After working with dozens of brands in the beauty, food, travel and fashion industry (Neutrogena, L’Oreal Paris, Hampton by Hilton, Target, Kohl’s, Nestle, Barilla, to name a few), Rachel is now sharing her attention to detail and social media know-how with creative entrepreneurs and lifestyle brands that want to master the art of digital storytelling to grow their businesses.
After hitting the academic pavement at School of Visual Arts Columbia University, Rachel, an exhibited artist and award-winning lifestyle blogger at theArtMuse, worked in the museum field for close to 17 years as a lecturer and programs curator. The Guggenheim, The Metropolitan, Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Bronx Museum of Arts, Norton Simon and LACMA are just a few places she called home.
Utilizing her background in audience development and engagement, Rachel spent 7 years as the Director of Social Media for #WeAllGrow Latina Network and was responsible for leading the company’s approach to online engagement and social media strategy in addition to managing relationships within the blogging community.
Lidia Sagastume is the Account Director of Blue Lotus Collective.
Utilizing her background in creative writing and community building, Lidia spent six years working in social media management and influencer marketing. She specialized in project management, maintaining client and influencer relationships, delivering comprehensive insights into each completed campaign, and developing new strategies for the ever changing digital world.
Lidia has worked with numerous brands in the food, beauty and lifestyle industry ( Dole, Lexus, Dove, FabFitFun, prAna, Giorgio Beverly Hills and more) and is now lending her management expertise and insights to Blue Lotus Collective.
